In the fall of 2011, CCG successfully completed the construction of two parking structures totaling 1,000 spaces and a 60,000 SF, LEED certified Harris Teeter grocery store.

The Harris Teeter won 1st place in the supermarket category of the 2011 Retail Store of the Year from Chain Store Age newsmagazine.
