Brown's Arlington Honda - Service Department

In the fall of 2011, Chesapeake was awarded the contract for the Brown's Arlington Honda - Service Building. The project will consist of renovating the existing 17,500 SF service department building and adding a 6,000 SF customer service center lounge. The site improvements consist of utility modifications, sidewalk expansions, and parking lot improvements to accommodate the larger facility. Building improvements consist of new partitions, acoustical ceiling systems, flooring, millwork, MEP, and Glazing systems. The building had to remain open during construction which allowed for challenging coordination opportunities that CCG was able to accommodate for the owner.
