Bayview Medical Office Building

In the spring of 2010, CCG completed the first LEED building on Bayview Campus of Johns Hopkins University.  The 100,000 SF, four story office building will be leased by Johns Hopkins University.  The project achieved LEED-Gold Certification and won LEED project of the year at the annual Associated Builders and Contractor's award show in the spring of 2011.
